2´-O-Methyl RNA Does Not Hamper Reverse Transcription

Dear all,
today we added some thoughts on the influence of 2´-O-methyl modifications on the reverse transcription of RNA to our blog. This modification generally does influence the reaction, but reliable quantification is still possible. Remember that piwi-interacting RNA (piRNA) bears a single terminal 2´-O-methyl at its 3´-end.
